Operations Agents

Definition

Operations agents are AI agents that support internal workflows such as reporting, coordination, documentation, admin tasks, and process handoffs.

Operations agents are often the least glamorous and most valuable agents in an SMB. They can prepare weekly reports, chase missing inputs, summarize activity, update project systems, monitor exceptions, draft SOPs, and coordinate handoffs across tools.

This is where Growth Marshal can make AI feel real to a founder. The agent does not need to be magical. It needs to remove the recurring operational sludge that burns hours every week and quietly taxes the whole company.
